Nitin Shimpi
Co-founder & CEO

Nitin oversees the definition and execution of the company’s strategy, provides organizational leadership and directs all aspects of the company’s day to day operations.

Nitin is also a Director at Talentica Software. Before founding Talentica, he was instrumental in setting up and expanding Indian operations of eGain Communications Corporation, a leading CRM software company. From 1989 to 1997, Nitin was a partner in Asian Power, a marketing firm based in Mumbai.

Nitin holds a Master’s degree from Marquette University and a B.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai.

Manjusha Madabushi
Co-founder & CTO

Manjusha is responsible for Nitman’s technology vision and development of the company’s new products. She oversees product management, engineering and services.

Manjusha also serves as the Director of Talentica Software, one of the leading OPD companies in India. Prior to founding Talentica, she was the Director in charge of Indian Engineering Team of California based eGain Communications. Manjusha led the development effort for EX-NGN, one of India’s leading accounting software during her stint at Tata Consultancy Services before this.

Manjusha holds a Masters degree from Northwestern University and a B.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology.

Sanjeev Sharma
Head Sales

Sanjeev oversees the direct sales operations at Nitman Software, across India. He is also responsible for creating and expanding strategic partnerships for the benefit of Nitman’s growing number of customers.

Sanjeev brings more than 15 years of experience in various domains and verticals. Before joining Nitman Software, he was a part of Agile Labs where he was primarily responsible for account management and spearheading all partnerships and acquisitions. Prior to Agile Labs, Sanjeev served as a Business Manager for Neilsoft–Autodesk & Cimatron where he was responsible for enhancing overall organizational growth and improved business operations. Sanjeev started his career in Sales at Datapro where he led some of the most crucial business activities.

Sanjeev holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Bangalore University.

Shikha Singal
Marketing Manager

Shikha is responsible for all marketing, product positioning, branding and media relations activities at Nitman. She is in charge of alliance development and also heads the inside sales and support teams.

Prior to Nitman software she was part of Binary Semantics, where she was responsible for strategic international partnerships with major IT players. During her tenure there, she drove top and bottom line company growth through financially effective marketing. Before joining Binary Semantics, she worked as an Assistant Manager- Business Development with eMind LLC which was later taken over by Kaplan Inc.

Shikha holds a Master’s degree in Business Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Garhwal University.

Aniket Shaligram
Engineering Manager

Aniket is responsible for new product development and continuing engineering of all Nitman products. He also leads Nitman’s deployment and services teams.

Aniket brings over 8 years of product development experience to Nitman. An expert in Java/J2EE technologies, Aniket led the team that built a leading instant messaging application as part of Talentica Software. Prior to this, he worked in the R&D department of COSL, (a wholly owned subsidiary of Citigroup) to build reusable components which automated workflows that are common in banking applications.

Aniket holds a BE in Electrical Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur.
