Pune, December 17, 2008 - Nitman Software added two new modules, Vendor portal and Employee Portal to its recruitment software, Talentpool’s latest version. These add-ons reduce time spent by recruiters on replying vendor and employee queries regarding the status of their candidates. Being configured with Talentpool, vendors and employees are intimated as soon as a position is opened by the HR department. As a result the entire process is automated and requires no manual tracking.

In case of Employee Portal, employees have access to the information regarding open positions so that they can refer their friends and acquaintances.
