New version of recruitment software, Talentpool, increases productivity of recruitment teams by providing self help portals to recruitment agencies and employees

Pune, December 17, 2008 - Nitman Software added two new modules, Vendor portal and Employee Portal to its recruitment software, Talentpool’s latest version. These add-ons reduce time spent by recruiters on replying vendor and employee queries regarding the status of their candidates. In case of Employee Portal, employees have access to the information regarding open positions so that they can refer their friends and acquaintances.
